New Years night

Bodhi leads Galen by the hand back to their room. The cats are out somewhere, having adventures of their own. Their rooms are warm and welcoming, the little strings of lights on the balcony giving everything a green lint. A feeling of being alive.

Silver confetti still in their hair, Bodhi pulls Galen into a slow, loving kiss.

"For becoming, making, growing; loving, living," Galen says. "What the Force gives to its discarded pebbles."

"What those discarded pebbles make for themselves." Bodhi curves his fingers over Galen's ear, brushing his hair back. "A life. A family. A home."

"A future, even after death," Galen adds, softly.

[imthepilot]

"We have so much time. Time to learn, to create. To be." He kisses Galen again, still lovely and soft.

[galen_erso]

"For bad ideas, and for sex, and for being just bloody lazy," Galen adds.

[imthepilot]

"And good ideas." Bodhi laughs. "And gentle love. And running around madly."

[galen_erso]

"And dangling off mountains, and eating new food, and playing with cats," Galen adds, grinning.

[imthepilot]

"And grown new plants. And build new things." Bodhi chuckles, stepping slowly towards the bed. "And try new positions."

[galen_erso]

"Let's start with that one!" Galen says, smiling. "Very much achievable for tonight."

Bodhi makes a happy sound and kisses Galen's cheek... and then up to his ear. "What did you have in mind?"

"Let's start with some nice and comfy 69," Galen murmurs, in a tone of voice as if he was perusing a menu.

[imthepilot]

"I like the sound of that." Bodhi stokes his cheek again, running his hand down Galen's chest. "But, for that, we need to get naked."

[galen_erso]

"Not necessarily," Galen says. "But possible. Our clothes are intended to be removable, unlike the cats' fur."

[imthepilot]

"We should at least make them easier to get off." He plays with the hem of Galen's shirt. "So they're at least loose. And easier to get off."

[galen_erso]

"So, off with the belts and shoes, open buttons and zippers?" Galen says, slowly opening his collar.

[imthepilot]

"Good start." Bodhi toes off his shoes as he reaches for Galen's belt.

[galen_erso]

Galen tilts into the touch, eyes warm and soft with expectation.

Bodhi undoes Galen's belt slowly, hands moving over the fabric of his pants as he slips it out and drops it on the floor. He eases a hand up Galens's side, stroking the warm skin as he pushes up Galen's shirt.

Galen closes his eyes with pleasure at the touch, and reaches out for Bodhi's collar at the same time, to open it and then bend his head to kiss the soft skin on the side of his neck.

Bodhi doesn't quite keen but he does breathe a moan, tilting his head to give Galen access.

"Mine," murmurs Galen, lips moving on Bodhi's skin, "all mine! Now and for always."

[imthepilot]

"Now and always." Bodhi echoes, pucking at the opening of Galen's shirt.

[galen_erso]

Galen tilts back his head.

[imthepilot]

Bodhi kisses the crest of his throat as he pushes Galen's shirt open.

Galen pulls at Bodhi's shirt, leaning forward into the touch as he does so.
