There rooms are a bit of a mess. Bodhi spend all night cooking and as much as he cleans as he goes, there's still a lot left to do. But it can wait. He puts the last ingredients away to be made into something else tomorrow.

He turns to Galen, shedding his jacket. "That was enjoyable. I missed markets like that."

"I brought the message." He mumbles, cuddling close. "I'm the pilot." He slurs as he falls back asleep.

"You did," Galen murmurs, pulling him close again.

[imthepilot]

Bodhi sleeps through without further interruption, safe and warm in Galen's arms.

He doesn't wake up till Kyber bats his cheek, trying to convince the human to wake up and feed him. Bodhi swears softly in Jedhean and swats back at the kitten.

"Ngh?" Galen murmurs, still mostly asleep.

"Sleep." Bodhi urges gently, pressing a soft kiss to Galen's cheek. "I'll feed the cats and be back in a moment."

He slips out of bed, wrapping a blanket around himself as he pads out to the kitchen. He comes back a few moments later, the sound and smell of the caf machine warming up following him.

He slides back under the blankets, tucking chilly feet in with him and cuddling back up to Galen.

"Warm up your feet," Galen says, trying to capture them with his legs.

The smell of caf is waking him a little.

"Didn't want to startle you with frozen toes." Bodhi lets Galen warm his feet, pressing kisses to his lover's bare shoulder. He slips a hand up Galen's chest, stroking the mat of hair there.

Thankfully the caf machine is set to stay warm for as long as it needs to. No need to rush to turn it off when it's done.

Galen brings up a hand to stroke Bodhi's wrist.

"What's wrong?" Bodhi asks softly, looking up at Galen's face.

[galen_erso]

"You had a nightmare," Galen says. "May -- erm, may I ask you a question?"

[imthepilot]

"I'm sorry. I hoped- I thought they were getting better. I didn't hit you this time, did I?"

[galen_erso]

"It wasn't very bad," Galen says. "And didn't take very long; I only woke up briefly. But did you really happen on a bor gullet in the Jedhan desert?"

Bodhi freezes up, the light in his eyes shutting off. He pulls away from Galen, sitting on the edge of the bed. "I should-" he stutters, clearly shaken, "the caf should be ready."

[galen_erso]

"What happened?" Galen asks, softly.

[imthepilot]

Bodhi shakes his head and reaches back to squeeze Galen's hand, not looking around. "Galen, it's not- I'm not-" He swallows thickly. "Bad things happened."

"So I gather," Galen says, squeezing his hand. "You can't talk about it?"

"Not yet. No. I don't want- Galen, I don't want you to know." He pleads softly. "I didn't want you to- to worry."

[galen_erso]

He will worry anyway, but lets it go for now.

"Okay, let's leave it at that, but whenever you want to talk, you always can. Caf now, and then back to the fair?"

Bodhi steels his nerves and turns to look at Galen, his eyes red rimmed and heavy. "Can we- just hug for a while?"

[galen_erso]

"Of course," Galen says. "Oh, my Bodhi!"

Galen pulls him close and just holds him. As long as he needs.

Bodhi curls into his arms, face hidden in Galen's neck as the slowly calms back down. "Thank you," He whispers after long while of warm silence. "You've be so patience with me. You deserve better than this."

"I don't want better!" Galen says. "I want you."

[imthepilot]

The vehemence in Galen's voice almost makes Bodhi flinch. At least he tries to hide it by hugging Galen tight. "I love you."

"And I love you, as you are in any given moment," Galen says. "You're my Bodhi."

[imthepilot]

Bodhi draws back and kisses Galen, sweet and soft, touching their foreheads together. "My Galen."

He sniffs, pulling himself together. "Now, caf?"
